Health Moves offers an on-site lab for convenient blood draws Monday through Thursday 8 am to 7 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm. We have an excellent staff of medical assistants who excel at smooth, comfortable blood draws. We also do on-site urine testing, blood sugar testing, strep and mono screening.

We offer an extensive amount of alternative and cutting edge testing including testing for allergies, hormones, heavy metals, functional liver testing and comprehensive digestive testing. Some example of testing includes the following:
SpectraCell Nutrient Status Testing – we offer one of the most detailed vitamin, mineral and amino acid testing available to assess nutrient status available. Nutrients tested include:
- Vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, Biotin, Folate
- Minerals: Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper
- Amino Acids: Asparagine, Glutamine, Serine
- Antioxidants: alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, Cysteine, Glutathione, Selenium

Neuroscience Neurotransmitter testing - neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, PEA and GABA are assessed through simple urine tests to assess physiological mechanisms contributing to conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, migraines, ADD/ADHD and sleep disorders.
Adrenal testing – the adrenal glands are the master glands of stress and are involved in stress related conditions as well as fatigue and burn out. Salivary testing is used to assess cortisol levels throughout the day as well as other adrenal hormones such as DHEA, epinephrine and norepinephrine.
Hormonal Testing for men and women – blood, saliva and urine hormone testing is offered to adequately test hormonal levels during all stages of life with special emphasis on changes in later life for both men and women.
Detoxification / Heavy Metal Testing – includes testing for toxic exposure as the root cause of many health conditions. Testing analyzes levels of mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic, etc.
Comprehensive stool testing – assessment for a complete range of digestive disorders including enzyme deficiencies, hydrochloric acid imbalances, bacteria, parasite and stool transit time abnormalities. Levels of yeast (candida) probiotics and specific types of bacteria in the stool are cultured. This test is used in cases of constipation, diarrhea, indigestion and unexplained abdominal pain.
Food Allergy Testing – food allergies and sensitivities are assessed using ELISA/ACT, IgE, IgG4 antibodies to determine underlying reactions that cause a variety of health conditions.
